Before living near the Smokies my husband's Naval career moved us about from South Carolina, Mississippi, W. Tennessee, Rhode Island, Hawaii, Florida, Louisiana, Maryland and here in E. Tennessee. As we moved, I gained valuable first-hand experience with personally buying and selling of real estate.
We moved to the Smoky Mountains region in the summer of 1996. We have found Sevier County to be an area with immense beauty, an agreeable climate, a growing economy and friendly people. It is a great place to live and work!
